The books

Ten of the Knock Knock stories, redrawn at full size for paper. Art on the left page, big friendly words on the right, and a soft goodnight at the end of every one.

How the pages are made

Ages two to five. One to three sentences a page, never more than about fifty words, so a story lasts the length of a cuddle and not a minute longer.

Two open pages from the book: a watercolour barn scene on the left, large friendly text on the right

Made to be read out loud

Every spread puts one picture opposite one short piece of text, so a small person can look at the page while you read it. The type is large and warm, set in the same rounded letters used everywhere else in Pip’s world.
